These terms govern use of the Stop Pacifier mobile app provided by Bairat Labs, LLC.
A parenting tool, not medical care
Stop Pacifier provides general behavioral parenting guidance. It is not medical, dental, speech, feeding, sleep, developmental, or other professional care. It does not diagnose conditions, replace a qualified professional, or guarantee that a child will stop using a pacifier. Seek appropriate professional advice when you have a health or developmental concern.
Who may use the app
The app is intended for adults who are parents or legal guardians. By using it, you confirm that you can agree to these terms and that you will supervise any interaction a child has with the app.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, maintaining control of your sign-in method, and activity performed through your account. Contact support if you believe an account has been accessed without permission. You can sign out or delete the account and cloud plan from the Parent screen.
Free and complete program access
The app may provide free features and a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks the complete program. The price and availability shown by Apple or Google at checkout control the transaction. Payment, refunds, taxes, family sharing, and purchase history are governed by the applicable store. Use Restore Purchases or contact the store when a qualifying transaction is not recognized.
Acceptable use
You may use the app for personal, non-commercial family use. You may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, attempt unauthorized access, misuse another person's account, copy or redistribute protected app content, or use the app in violation of law.
Ownership and license
Bairat Labs, LLC and its licensors own the app, design, software, text, graphics, and related intellectual property. Subject to these terms and the applicable store rules, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on supported devices.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, update, add, or remove features to improve safety, reliability, or usefulness. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device, operating system, store, or third-party service.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The app is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Parenting decisions remain the responsibility of the parent or guardian. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bairat Labs, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination and changes to these terms
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal compliance. We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the updated terms where permitted by law.
